Sandy was referred to me by a good friend. I built a large addition onto my house which included a two bedroom, one bathroom suite on top of a large two car garage. Despite my plans being very poor as done by someone before I met Sandy, she was able to catch several deficiencies before and during the building process.

I was very pleased that it went so smoothly, stayed within my budget and finished on time. Sandy made sure to coordinate the trades so that something was happening nearly every day and informed me of times when there might be delays in timing. I really enjoyed the trades she works with who take pride in their work. Sandy kept the job site clean and encouraged her sub-trades to do the same.

Sandy did a detailed spreadsheet for me initially with my budget, subsequent quotes, and actual costs. She kept me informed of changes due to actual costs. Even with some unforeseen problems due to the layout of my property and existing house, we were able to come very close to projected costs.

I am extremely happy with the way it turned out and have recommended Sandy to several people now who also have decided to go with her over several other contractors they have interviewed. I would highly recommend Sandy.
